Remote Technical Consultant

**Remote Technical Consultant – Metal Paste (Ni / Cu / Ag / Au) for Electronics Industry**

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Consultant / Development Expert specializing in metal paste formulation and process development for electronic applications. The role focuses on remote technical advisory support for the development and optimization of nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), silver (Ag), and gold (Au) pastes used in multilayer ceramics, semiconductor packaging, MLCC-related applications, and advanced electronic components.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical guidance on formulation development for Ni, Cu, Ag, and Au conductive pastes.

* Support material optimization for conductivity, sintering behavior, adhesion, printability, and reliability.

* Advise on rheology control, particle morphology selection, binder system design, and solvent compatibility.

* Support scale-up from laboratory formulation to pilot line and mass production.

* Troubleshoot production issues such as delamination, cracking, poor conductivity, void formation, and yield instability.

* Improve process stability and support quality control during mass production.

* Provide technical recommendations based on industrial best practices and global market standards.

### Required Experience

* Strong background in Ni / Cu / Ag / Au paste formulation.

* Proven experience transferring formulations from R&D to pilot line and commercial mass production.

* Experience working with ceramic substrates, LTCC/HTCC, thick-film or printed electronics processes.

* Deep understanding of sintering behavior, particle engineering, and interface chemistry.

* Experience supporting production troubleshooting in real manufacturing environments.

* Strong technical communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Background in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields.

* Experience supporting Asian electronics manufacturing companies is a plus.

This is a remote technical advisory position with flexible collaboration based on project needs.
