Xelgro LLC is looking for a confident and reliable telemarketing contractor to support a variety of B2B campaigns.

Pay and earning potential

• R4,300 monthly basic
• Uncapped commission available across all campaigns
• Realistic OTE of R9,000–R12,000 per month
• Occasional paid overtime may also be available

The opportunity will commence with an initial paid one-month contract, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right person.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls for various client campaigns
• Speaking confidently with business owners and decision-makers
• Recording accurate information in Google Sheets
• Using our online dialler and campaign-tracking tool
• Working towards campaign targets and commission opportunities

You must have:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Previous telemarketing, telesales or appointment-setting experience
• A reliable, high-speed internet connection
• Your own laptop or desktop computer
• A suitable headset
• A UPS or another backup power supply
• Confidence using Google Sheets and online systems
• A professional, dependable and target-driven approach
