We're looking for a Remote Travel Planner to coordinate travel arrangements and keep client trips organized from start to finish. You'll handle research, bookings, itinerary management, and client communication in a fully remote role with flexible scheduling.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate travel planning from initial client request through final confirmation
- Research and organize accommodations, transportation, activities, and destinations
- Assist with booking tasks, confirmations, changes, and follow-ups
- Manage client preferences, reservation details, and itinerary information
- Keep client records accurate and up to date
- Monitor outstanding details and ensure timely task completion
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
- Use digital tools and systems to organize workflow and track multiple requests
