Responsibilities

Ensure reservations are processed correctly and follow up with clients as needed.
Maintain knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and special promotions.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
Comfortable using computer systems and online booking tools.
