We are seeking dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Vacation Specialists. In this W-2 employee position, you will assist clients with researching, designing, and booking memorable vacation itineraries, resort packages, cruises, and group travel experiences.

We provide comprehensive system training, lead generation support, and full access to top industry supplier networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients via phone, email, and video to understand their vacation preferences, travel goals, and budgets.
• Research, assemble, and present tailored travel packages, itineraries, and quotes.
• Manage client reservations, booking adjustments, pre-travel logistics, and post-travel support.
• Utilize booking engines and supplier portals to secure competitive rates and special client amenities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships and foster repeat business.
