Job Summary:
The Insights Associate supports the creation, maintenance, and distribution of recurring and ad hoc reports that help drive operational transparency in supply chain performance.
Essential Functions:
Assist in compiling data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintain report templates and update dashboards as needed.
Perform basic data validation and troubleshooting.
Communicate report delivery schedules and resolve minor stakeholder requests.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field OR Combination of post-secondary education and relevant work experience (required)
Required Licensing & Certifications:
Experience:
- 1+ year experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in a healthcare or supply chain setting (required)
- Prior experience with [software platforms] (preferred)
Skills & Abilities:
Work required a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
