We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years. You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through: Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace Bi-weekly All Team meetings Monthly reviews Your job is to help the Client succeed. About the Client The Executive Operations Assistant will serve as the operational right hand to a senior sales leader, helping manage revenue operations and business development functions for multiple clients. This hybrid role combines project management, strategic building, and organizational support to ensure smooth operations and enable the executive to focus on sales and growth. Responsibilities Run daily sync meetings to track to-dos and deadlines across client engagements. Maintain project management boards and ensure no tasks fall through the cracks. Create proposals and presentations from raw ideas and notes. Translate marketing concepts into client-ready deliverables, including financial models. Manage the executive's calendar to protect time for revenue-generating activities. Design and enhance systems and processes for operational efficiency. Requirements Highly organized with a knack for creating structure. Strong project management skills with an ability to track details and meet deadlines. Strategic thinker able to see the big picture and propose solutions. Proficient in building presentations and proposals, with experience in PowerPoint/Google Slides and spreadsheets. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of maintaining order. Proactive communicator who can keep the executive accountable. Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch) Up to $1800, depending on experience 13th month pay Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
