About you
You'll be an assured, highly organised Research Project Manager who is comfortable owning delivery and making sure nothing falls between the gaps. You'll know when to challenge, escalate or adapt, and have the credibility to bring together researchers, education professionals, technical teams and external specialists around demanding deadlines. Experience within education, SEND, EAL, educational psychology or funded research would be particularly valuable.

The Role
You'll lead a 12-month research programme involving multiple schools and hundreds of pupils. From ethics, governance and school onboarding through to fieldwork, specialist assessments and final reporting, you'll own the operational roadmap and keep delivery on track.
You'll manage milestones, risks and evidence, coordinate internal and external contributors, and ensure the programme stands up to scrutiny at every stage.

Company
Our client is an established UK EdTech organisation developing digital learning and assessment solutions for education. They combine technology, research and educational expertise to address complex challenges facing schools and learners.
