Hospitality Priorities

For reservations, manage booking details, availability updates, amendments, and confirmations across relevant channels.

For accommodation coordination, organise room or property readiness, arrival information, special requests, and handovers with operations teams.

For guest experience, coordinate personalised arrangements, share accurate information, and follow up on issues with the appropriate colleagues.

Across the role, keep booking records current, communicate changes clearly, and protect guest information. Some duties may involve direct guest contact or on-site coordination; experience across all three tracks is not required.

Your Background

Experience in hotel reservations, accommodation operations, travel coordination, or guest relations is useful. Strong organisation, clear communication, and confidence with booking or property systems are valued. A degree is welcome but not essential where relevant experience is demonstrated.

Flexible part-time hours can be arranged around booking patterns and arrival schedules. Hybrid work may suit planning and administration, while some guest-facing or property duties require in-person attendance in the UAE.
