Residential Property Senior Associate (5-15 PQE +) London

A City law firm in London are actively looking to recruit a Senior Associate into their L500 ranked residential property team.

Joining a busy and established private residential property department as a fee earner you will focus on HNW/UHNW transactions within the mid-market to premium end of the London residential property market. Transactions will vary from £1 million to £10 million +

This is a progressive role within a reputable department that has lower billing targets than other comparable City practices.

The law firm in question is keen to speak with any mid-level / senior Residential Property Lawyers, including Associates that are looking to step up to Senior Associate.

No following is needed, although an interest in business development and networking in order to help grow and drive this firms private residential property offering is key.

The salary range for this role is c. £90,000-£115,000 + bonus.

Hybrid working policy – 3 days office attendance per week.

Criteria

Be a UK-qualified Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive) with at least 5 PQE

Currently work for either a City or reputable regional law firm that focuses on HNW residential property
