Are you an analytical problem solver who thrives on turning complex data into meaningful business decisions? We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across our UK Supply Chain Contractor Management division.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Revenue Operations function where you'll influence strategic decision-making, optimise commercial processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities that drive revenue growth. Working closely with commercial leaders, sales teams and the Revenue Operations Lead, you'll help shape the future of our reporting, analytics, automation and AI capabilities.
What that means day to day
- Analyse commercial performance across marketing, business development, onboarding, account management and customer renewals, identifying trends, risks and growth opportunities.
- Build, maintain and enhance revenue forecasts, monitor pipeline health and challenge forecast assumptions to improve forecasting accuracy and commercial decision-making.
- Own and administer commercial commission schemes, ensuring accurate calculation, validation and reporting aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor CRM adoption, data quality and sales process compliance, identifying opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, governance and commercial workflows.
- Produce actionable insights and executive-level reporting that supports commercial leaders in making informed, evidence-based decisions.
What you’ll need to be successful
We're looking for someone who enjoys uncovering insights, solving business challenges and influencing decision-making through data.
You will have experience working in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics or Business Intelligence role and be comfortable working with large datasets to identify trends, improve performance and support strategic planning.
You'll have strong forecasting and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Experience working within a commercial, sales or revenue-generating environment is essential, as is familiarity with CRM systems and performance reporting.
You will also be highly organised, commercially aware and confident challenging existing processes to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience creating forecasts, commercial models and performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience producing actionable commercial insights and recommendations.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Power BI experience.
- SQL knowledge.
- Experience supporting pipeline governance and forecasting processes.
- Experience within a subscription or recurring revenue business.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Power Automate, Copilot or AI-driven solutions.
- Degree-level qualification.
- Previous Revenue Operations experience.
