Today that support runs on US Pacific hours. Every non-standard quote, order package, contract escalation and CRM change waits for that window to open, and our bespoke deals routinely take five or more turns. A seller in Dubai or Singapore loses a day on each one.
This role puts that support in the regions it serves. You will run deal desk and renewal operations for the international business across EMEA, META and APAC, own Salesforce data quality for those regions, and produce the analysis the international forecast is built on. It is a hands-on seat with real commercial consequence, sitting beside the sellers rather than behind a ticket queue.
Schedule: 3 days international hours (M/T/Th) 1pm - 9pm GST, and 2 days UAE business hours (W/F) 9am - 5pm GST.
Deal Desk and Order Management
- Construct and revise quotes, route discount and non-standard term approvals, and assemble order packages.
- Validate purchase orders and bookings before they are recorded, so the number that reaches the forecast is the number that was sold.
- Process reseller and distributor orders and the paperwork that comes with them.
- Keep quote-to-cash moving at quarter end, when the queue is longest and the margin for error is smallest.
- Handle multi-currency and multi-entity quoting, and managed service provider structures where the paper and the end customer are not the same party.
Renewals Operations
- Maintain the rolling renewal book across your regions: what is available to renew, when, at what value, and who owns it.
- Build quotes and order packages for renewals, uplifts and co-terminations, and keep the opportunity records behind them accurate.
- Report gross and net retention against the available-to-renew base, with contraction shown as its own line rather than buried in a net figure.
- Surface risk early. Expirations approaching without engagement, renewals stalled in a stage, missing partner actions and aging opportunities are all things the business should hear about from you first.
- Work alongside the renewals and customer success leads in each region as the operational half of their motion.
Contract and Procurement Coordination
- Move master service agreements, reseller agreements and customer security and procurement questionnaires through Legal, Finance and the customer. Coordination and tracking, not drafting.
- This is the largest single consumer of revenue operations time in the international business, and it looks different in every market. A single Gulf or APAC public sector account can generate several parallel threads across Revenue Operations, Legal, Finance and the commercial leadership inside a fortnight.
- Keep procurement paperwork off the critical path at quarter end, which is the only way it stops costing deals.
Salesforce and Data Quality
- Own Salesforce data quality for your regions: account and territory administration, ownership and assignment changes, opportunity hygiene, stage entry and next-step discipline.
- Know your exports well enough to distrust them. Spot an incomplete pull, tell a quarter-to-date extract from a weekly one, recognise duplicate records across connected systems, and treat stale next steps and default close dates as signals rather than data.
- Build and maintain the reports and dashboards your regions run on, and retire the ones nobody opens.
- Support sellers, sales engineers and technical account managers with day-to-day CRM questions, in their working day rather than the next one.
Analysis and Reporting
- Produce the weekly pipeline and forecast views for your regions from source records rather than pre-aggregated exports, and reconcile every total before it goes out.
- Give every number its movement since last week and name the driver behind it. A figure without a delta and a cause is half an answer.
- Track pipeline coverage, deal aging, stage-to-stage conversion and win and loss reasons, and surface what the pattern says rather than only what the number is.
- Work from the agreed definitions for bookings, net new ACV, install base and renewal revenue. Where a definition does not fit a case, raise it rather than deriving a new one locally.
- Flag ambiguity in forecast categorisation rather than resolving it silently.
- Catch restatements between one week and the next, quantify them, and say what changed.
Channel and Partner Operations
- Support the partner portal: deal registrations, onboarding, access and the tactical questions partners raise daily.
- Keep partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue identifiable in the data, so channel contribution can be reported rather than estimated.
Customer Provisioning
- Issue organisation IDs and licence keys once a proof of value is approved, enable and extend test instances, and open activation tickets.
- Chase partner order paperwork so access is granted on the day it is approved rather than the following morning.
How the Role Is Measured
|
Turnaround time on international quotes and order packages |
Same-day is the target. This is the reason the role exists |
|
Forecast and pipeline data accuracy |
The international forecast holds up under scrutiny from Finance and the commercial leadership |
|
Renewal book accuracy and risk lead time |
Expirations and stalled renewals are surfaced early enough to act on |
|
Contract and procurement cycle time |
Paperwork is off the critical path before the final two weeks of the quarter |
|
Provisioning speed after approval |
Customers get access on the day it is approved |
- 3+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, deal desk or renewals operations at a B2B software company, with real ownership rather than task execution.
- Salesforce as a daily operating tool. Reports and dashboards, data loads, territory and ownership administration, opportunity management. You should be the person others ask.
- Advanced Excel. SQL is useful and not required.
- Quote-to-cash literacy: quote construction, approval routing, order forms, purchase order and booking validation.
- Contract literacy sufficient to coordinate: master service agreements, order forms, reseller agreements, security and procurement questionnaires. You do not need to draft them, you need to know what each one is for and what holds it up.
- Command of SaaS commercial metrics: ACV, TCV, ARR, bookings against revenue, available to renew, gross and net retention.
- Evidence of catching an error in someone else's data before it reached a leadership audience. We will ask for a specific example.
- Fluent English. Arabic, a European or an Asian language is an advantage.
- Based in and, authorized to work in Dubai; positioned to cover the APAC afternoon, the full META and EMEA working day, and a late-day overlap with US Pacific for handover. The time zone is the point of the role. The schedule will be: 3 days international hours (M/T/Th) 1pm - 9pm GST, and 2 days UAE business hours (W/F) 9am - 5pm GST.
Preferred, Not Required
- Enterprise security, infrastructure software or another technically complex category.
- Public sector procurement in the Gulf or APAC, including tender processes and registration requirements.
- Channel-led selling through distributors, resellers and managed service providers.
- CPQ, a partner relationship management platform, a customer success platform, or conversation intelligence tooling.
- Experience in a company whose revenue operations function was still being built, where the answer was not already written down.
- Logistics
- Occasional travel within the regions for quarter-end support, team meetings and partner events.
