We are developing an AI-powered creative content strategy focused on educational videos, storytelling, and digital marketing.

About the Internship

We are seeking a creative AI Video Creation & Storytelling Intern who wants to learn how to transform ideas into engaging, professional, story-driven videos.

We are particularly interested in short films, character-based scenarios, animated stories, career-related situations, educational reels, and creative advertisements that communicate the value of reverse recruiting and professional coaching.

This is a two-month unpaid internship combining free structured training with supervised practical assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging video concepts around job-search challenges, career development, recruitment, and reverse recruiting.
• Create short, story-driven promotional videos using AI-assisted video generation and editing tools.
• Develop scripts, characters, dialogue, hooks, storyboards, and narrative sequences.
• Create educational videos, social media reels, and promotional content for RR Studio.
• Learn AI voice generation, animation, image-to-video workflows, editing, and sound design.
• Edit content for professional quality, appropriate pacing, subtitles, and branding.
• Collaborate with marketing and graphic design teams.
• Develop realistic fictional career scenarios without misleading audiences or fabricating client success stories.
• Maintain consistency, originality, and quality across video content.
• Participate in reverse recruiting, AI tools, and professional development training.

Training & Career Growth

Interns will receive free training in AI video creation, visual storytelling, script development, short-form video production, professional content standards, and reverse recruiting fundamentals.

High-performing interns may be considered for paid video creation or creative production positions, depending on vacancies and business requirements. Employment is not guaranteed.
