What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
• Plan and organize content calendars based on brand goals, campaigns, and upcoming promotions.
• Create engaging captions, posts, stories, and other social media content.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to develop creative materials.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to maintain an active online community.
• Research social media trends, competitors, hashtags, and content opportunities.
• Track engagement, reach, audience growth, and other performance metrics.
• Recommend strategies to improve brand visibility, audience engagement, and social media performance.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Experience managing business or brand social media accounts.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Good written English and the ability to create engaging social media captions.
• Understanding of content planning, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
