About AsiaVerify

AsiaVerify delivers corporate verification and risk intelligence for organisations operating across Asia. We deliver trusted company, ownership and risk insights, from real-time registry data through to decision-ready assessment.

Our mission is to help organisations verify businesses, understand ownership, assess risk and monitor relationships through trusted intelligence built for Asia. Global organisations rely on AsiaVerify to verify, understand, assess, onboard and monitor the businesses they work with across the region, supported by direct registry access and solutions across the full lifecycle.

Built for Asia. Delivered as infrastructure. Operated as a partner.

About the Role

The RevOps Analyst sits within Marketing and is responsible for building and running the systems, data and reporting behind AsiaVerify’s commercial growth. Reporting to the CMO, the role owns HubSpot as the single source of truth for marketing, pipeline and customer data, and turns that data into reporting, forecasting and insight that Marketing and the wider leadership team can act on.

The role prepares and maintains AsiaVerify’s business-level commercial reporting, including ELT and GTM reporting. It produces the numbers the ELT, GTM forum and Board use to track pipeline, revenue and growth-engine performance, and is responsible for those numbers being accurate, consistent and delivered on time.

The role operates across the full commercial lifecycle and provides a consistent, evidence-led view of performance across Marketing, SDR, Sales, Client Success and Finance. It maintains the systems, definitions and processes that connect these functions: lifecycle stages (Lead > MQL > SAL > SQL > Opportunity), routing and handoff rules, pipeline reporting, forecasting and data quality. It strengthens Marketing’s ability to plan, measure and optimise demand generation, ABM and campaign performance, and supports pricing, commission and GTM operations in partnership with the CEO, Sales and Finance.

The role contributes directly to AsiaVerify’s FY26 growth objectives by improving pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, funnel conversion and the speed and quality of commercial decision-making across the company’s priority growth engines.

Key Responsibilities

  • ELT & GTM Reporting
Own Marketing’s commercial performance reporting and prepare the KPI inputs for ELT, GTM, Monthly Commercial Review and Board cycles. Maintain one CRM-led view of lead-to-revenue performance and the dashboards behind it, replacing manual reporting, and track agreed actions to completion.
  • HubSpot Administration & Governance
Own HubSpot as the marketing and commercial system of record, including properties, pipelines, workflows, lead scoring, routing and permissions, and act as first point of contact for HubSpot issues. Maintain and enforce CRM governance (naming conventions, required fields, change control), reduce technical debt and document how the system works.
  • Funnel Definitions & Lifecycle Governance
Maintain the agreed Lead > MQL > SAL > SQL > Opportunity definitions in HubSpot, with routing and SLAs between Marketing, SDR, Sales and Client Success. Monitor handoffs, prevent SQL stage skipping and run the MQL-to-SQL and PLG-to-sales handovers.
  • Pipeline Reporting & Forecasting
Build the pipeline, funnel and revenue dashboards the ELT uses as its single source of truth. Support Sales in running the forecasting process, and report coverage, velocity, conversion and win rates by growth engine, segment and source.
  • Commercial Insight & Leadership Reporting
Produce weekly and monthly commercial review packs that lead with what has changed, why and the decision required. Identify bottlenecks, stalled pipeline, at-risk renewals and expansion signals, and recommend actions.
  • Attribution & Growth-Engine Reporting
Own campaign, source and account attribution in HubSpot so Marketing can measure its contribution to pipeline and revenue. Report consistently across channels and growth engines to support budget and resource decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Process & Alignment
Map and improve the customer lifecycle from first engagement through onboarding, renewal and expansion. Partner with SDR and Client Success on reporting, renewal and expansion visibility.
  • Pricing, Commission & GTM Operations Support
Maintain products, price books, quotes and discount approvals in HubSpot. Prepare commission calculations for Finance approval, and provide data for territory planning, pricing reviews and target setting.
  • Data Quality & Systems Integration
Own CRM data quality, including deduplication, enrichment and completeness, and process data deletion requests in line with data protection obligations. Manage integrations between HubSpot and connected tools (e.g. Clay, Heap, Stripe), and automate manual work across the commercial team.
  • Hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or CRM administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot across the Marketing, Sales and Operations Hubs, including properties, pipelines, workflows, reporting and permissions. HubSpot certification is an advantage. Strong experience with a comparable CRM will be considered.
  • Strong analytical capability, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills. Experience with BI or data visualisation tools is an advantage.
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnels, lifecycle stages, pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports that drive decisions, not just track activity.
  • Comfortable with integrations and data tools such as Clay, ZeroBounce, PhantomBuster, HeyReach, Heap and Stripe, with a strong habit of documenting systems and processes.
  • Ability to design, document and roll out processes that teams actually adopt.
  • Experience supporting commission, pricing or quoting processes is an advantage.
  • Comfortable building systems and processes from scratch in a scaling business.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical and senior stakeholders. Communication in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage multiple stakeholders and perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • B2B SaaS or data experience is a plus, ideally across both sales-led and product-led growth (PLG) motions. Exposure to RegTech, FinTech, compliance, KYB, KYC, AML or third-party risk is also advantageous.

Expected Behaviour & Attitudes

  • Analytical, organised and detail-oriented, with a practical can-do attitude.
  • Builder mindset: comfortable creating structure where none exists.
  • Accountable for measurable outcomes, not activity alone.
  • Data-led and confident using insight to challenge assumptions and improve decisions.
  • Strong ownership of data integrity and system quality.
  • Collaborative partner to Sales, Marketing, SDR and Client Success.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
  • Process-driven, with the judgement to keep processes simple enough to be followed.
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling commercial, pricing and commission data.
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-growing, commercially focused environment.
  • Positive, pragmatic and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
