Who are we?
At Omniplex Learning, our mission is simple - to help organisations unlock their potential through exceptional digital learning, all in one place.
As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a curious and analytical Revenue Operations Analyst (RevOps Analyst) to help improve the commercial processes that support our customers from lead through to renewal. Working closely with our RevOps Lead, you’ll turn complex ways of working into clear processes and requirements, support the delivery of system changes and help our teams adopt new ways of working successfully.
What will you do?
As our RevOps Analyst, you’ll support the design, delivery and adoption of improved commercial processes across the customer lifecycle. You will:
• Capture current ways of working and help create clear current and target process maps.
• Identify gaps between existing and proposed processes, translating them into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for our architects and scrum team.
• Document process scenarios across lead and opportunity management, order and billing, customer and usage, and renewal.
• Support business testing, record the results and help identify potential delivery challenges before changes go live.
• Create practical guides and training materials, gathering user questions and feedback to inform future improvements.
• Help maintain agreed process rules and support the development of an Enablement Hub containing self-service learning and adoption content.
Who are we looking for?
You could be a recent graduate looking to start your career in Revenue Operations, or you may already have some experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis or a similar commercial or systems-focused role. Either way, you’ll have a genuine interest in how commercial processes and systems work and be keen to develop your experience in this area.
You will bring:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions before proposing solutions.
• An organised and detail-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple actions and priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with a knack for making complex information easier to understand.
• Confidence using digital and AI tools for research, analysis and documentation.
• Some exposure to CRMs or other business systems, whether through previous work, an internship, university or a personal project.
• An interest in using AI and automation to improve how teams work and solve business problems.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Miro, Jira, Claude, Cognism or Clay would be useful, but isn’t essential.
What’s in it for you?
• A competitive salary reflective of your experience
• Hybrid working model, with 3 days a week based in our office in St Albans
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and your birthday off
• Inclusive Private Medical Insurance and mental health support
• Group Life Insurance
• Enhanced family friendly policies
• Regular social events and team activities
