Location: Argentina, remote. Candidates in Buenos Aires also have the option to join the team on a hybrid basis at an office in Nunez.

About the company

Our client is a New York family office that owns and manages industrial, office, and development properties in the New York area, with leasing handled in-house. It also operates an established property tax consulting business that has helped commercial property owners reduce their taxes for 30 years. The team works across New York and Argentina.

About the role

Commercial real estate still runs largely on relationships, broker networks, and manual prospecting. The company is taking a different approach: applying a modern B2B go-to-market playbook, using data, intent signals, targeted outreach, and automation to support leasing and future acquisition sourcing.

We’re hiring a RevOps & GTM Specialist to design, build, and operate the systems behind that effort. The role combines data and targeting, CRM architecture, outbound execution, and business process automation. You’ll own how these systems work together and continuously improve their performance.

The owner sets business priorities and provides market expertise. You’ll recommend the tools and technical approach, own implementation, and use results to improve the systems. Most of your time will go to real estate, starting with leasing, with additional responsibility for operational improvements in the tax consulting business.

No commercial real estate experience is required. We’re looking for someone with strong technical judgment, broad operational experience, and a track record of building effective GTM systems.

What you will do

  • Build data and targeting workflows. Translate agreed targeting criteria into account segments and prospect lists. Evaluate data sources, combine and standardize datasets, and build enrichment waterfalls to identify and verify relevant contacts. Develop lead scoring that combines prospect fit with intent signals, such as signs a company may need space or an owner may be open to selling, and refine it based on results.
  • Own CRM architecture and business systems. Build out Attio for leasing and, later, acquisitions, including record relationships, pipeline stages, workflows, and reporting. Maintain data quality through deduplication, validation, and reliable imports and syncs. Own and improve Zoho as the tax consulting business’s core operations system.
  • Run and optimize outbound campaigns. Manage cold email, LinkedIn, and direct mail campaigns. Draft and test messaging with the owner’s input. Own email infrastructure, deliverability, sequencing, and list hygiene. Build landing pages and lead capture flows, and improve performance through structured testing of audiences, messages, and channels. Maintain the company websites, including the tax consulting firm’s established WordPress site, taking care to preserve its search rankings.
  • Build and maintain reliable automation. Connect sourcing, enrichment, scoring, CRM, outreach, and follow-up using n8n, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks. Apply AI to research, classification, and qualification, and check outputs for accuracy. Monitor integrations, investigate failures, and resolve issues before they disrupt the team’s work.
  • Measure performance and guide improvements. Build reporting that connects data sources and campaigns to qualified prospects, conversations, and pipeline progression. Identify where prospects drop off and recommend changes to targeting, messaging, or follow-up. Evaluate tools and data providers for accuracy, coverage, cost, and maintainability.
  • Improve day-to-day operations. Establish a Notion workspace for projects, priorities, SOPs, and documentation. Work with the team to identify bottlenecks and automate repetitive administrative work, including in the tax consulting business. Keep processes clear, documented, and easy for others to use.

What success looks like in the first six months

  • A repeatable process for marketing available space, from targeting through outreach and follow-up.
  • Connected sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and outreach workflows that reduce manual work and produce relevant, verified prospects.
  • An Attio setup the team uses consistently, with clear pipeline stages, reliable data, and visibility into next steps.
  • A practical Notion workspace and reporting that make ongoing work, priorities, and performance easy to understand.

Current stack: Attio, Zoho, Smartlead, GoHighLevel, n8n, Zapier, Notion, WordPress, Claude, and ChatGPT. You’ll help evaluate and improve the stack as needs evolve.

You are a fit if you

  • Have 4+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM operations, sales operations, growth, or a related field, ideally with broad responsibilities in a startup or small team.
  • Have built and operated outbound workflows, from data sourcing and enrichment through campaign execution and performance analysis.
  • Are comfortable combining large, messy datasets and translating business requirements into CRM data models, workflows, and integrations.
  • Have hands-on experience with automation platforms, APIs, and webhooks, and can troubleshoot across connected systems. You use AI fluently and critically assess its output. Software engineering experience is not required.
  • Can take a loosely defined business objective, recommend a practical approach, and carry it through implementation and ongoing operation. You weigh speed, cost, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
  • Are highly organized, document your work, and follow through independently. You’re comfortable moving between technical work, campaigns, and operational improvements.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently in written and spoken English.

Bonus points for

  • Experience with Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar data and enrichment platforms; web scraping; basic SQL or Python; WordPress and basic SEO; or other tools in our current stack. Familiarity with commercial real estate or property tax is welcome.
  • You don’t need every item on this list. If you have strong experience in the core work and learn quickly, we’d like to hear from you.

Why join

  • Base pay plus performance upside: USD 3,000–4,000 per month, with additional bonuses when your efforts directly lead to a signed lease or closed deal.
  • Meaningful ownership: Recommend tools, shape processes, and take responsibility for systems the business depends on.
  • Visible impact in a small team: See how your work contributes to business results and improves the team’s day-to-day operations.
  • Room to grow: Expand your responsibilities as the systems mature and the businesses develop.
  • Fully remote work from Argentina, aligned with US East Coast hours.
