Role Summary
We're seeking a RevOps Manager to lead our Salesforce platform operations and team. You'll own system strategy, team leadership, and drive continuous improvement of our revenue processes and technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise RevOps administrators and support team members
- Develop Salesforce platform strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Design and implement advanced Salesforce configurations, flows, and automation
- Establish data governance policies, data quality standards, and compliance frameworks
- Manage integrations, AppExchange solutions, and overall technology stack
- Drive user adoption and organizational change management initiatives
- Build strategic dashboards and analytics for executive decision-making
- Lead Salesforce upgrades, release management, and sandbox strategy
- Identify and execute operational improvements and process optimization projects
- Manage RevOps budget, vendor relationships, and cost optimization
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience, with 2+ years in a manager or senior administrator role
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and automation
- Proven team leadership experience with ability to mentor and develop staff
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, governance, and security
- Experience designing and implementing complex integrations and custom solutions
- Strategic mindset with ability to align platform strategy with business objectives
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required
- Platform Developer certification or equivalent experience preferred
