As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: Reward Director – Flutter CEE Role Summary: The Reward Director is responsible for developing, managing and implementing the organization’s compensation and benefits strategy to ensure fairness, competitiveness and alignment with business objectives among all Flutter CEE. This role oversees budgeting for reward programs, ensures accurate payroll operations, leads reporting and analytical processes and designs and administers bonus policies. The Head of Reward acts as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and guidance to support informed decision-making and enhance employee engagement and retention. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive reward strategy aligned with organizational goals. Lead the design, review and optimization of compensation structures, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness. Manage annual salary review cycles, pay benchmarking and job evaluation/grading processes. Own the reward budgeting process, including salary budgets, bonus pools and benefits spending. Monitor and forecast reward expenditures, providing regular insights to leadership. Ensure cost control while maintaining the quality of reward programs. Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely execution. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and reporting requirements. Design, implement and manage bonus policies and annual bonus cycles, ensuring fairness and transparency. Lead reward reporting and analytics and guide the Reward team while partnering with HR Operations for effective execution. Zahtevi Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Extensive experience in finance, reward or compensation & benefits. Strong understanding of payroll systems, data analysis, budgeting and financial modeling. Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
