• Provide L1/L2 Application Production Support for business-critical applications.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, middleware, infrastructure, and production incidents.
• Ensure the smooth execution of application workflows, batch processes, and data transfers.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution in line with agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to improve service reliability.
• Coordinate and support application releases and production deployments.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash.
• Support and maintain Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Implement monitoring and proactively improve system performance and user experience.
• Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories.
• Participate in 24/7 support rotations, on-call activities, and Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, Software Engineering, or Production Support.
• Strong experience in production environments, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
• Solid knowledge of:
  • Linux (Red Hat)
  • Ansible
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform
  • PL/SQL
  • Dynatrace
  • Python and/or Bash scripting
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
