Senior RFIC / AMS Verification Engineer (Contract)

Location: Remote (Ireland)

Contract Duration: 6 months + extensions

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior RFIC / AMS Verification Engineer for a long-term contract position supporting an ongoing cutting-edge transceiver design project.

This role is 100% Remote for candidates based in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Verification of complete Rx and Tx chains (RF → Analog).
• Review block-level specifications, run AMS simulations, and report spec compliance.
• Perform root-cause analysis on specification failures.
• Work closely with the Chip Lead on design integration and present results during block-level reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on RFIC verification experience.
• Strong background in AMS simulations.
• Expertise in full transceiver chain verification (RF → Analog).
• Proficiency in Verilog-A and Verilog-AMS.
• Nice to have: Digital verification experience.
