Role Summary
The RFP Content Manager plays a key role in shaping and managing the global RFP content capability at T. Rowe Price. Working closely with content team colleagues, the Global RFP team, subject matter experts and stakeholders across the firm, this role ensures our RFP content library stays accurate, relevant and easy to use while supporting ongoing improvements to how content is created, governed and delivered.
This role combines content management, stakeholder engagement and process improvement with the opportunity to help shape the use of technology and AI across the RFP lifecycle. The RFP Content Manager will maintain a defined portfolio of content, support governance and review cycles, and contribute ideas to improve the experience for RFP teams and content users globally.
Responsibilities:
Content Maintenance & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Maintain assigned RFP content with a global perspective and a consultative approach, ensuring content is clear, current, and easy to use, and communicating changes to content users as needed.
- Partner with RFP Editors, subject matter experts, investment teams, and other content owners to support the ongoing enhancement, refinement, and maintenance of content for specific topics and strategies – including timely resolution of content gaps or questions and ad hoc critical communications edits.
Governance & Process
- Support content governance and review cycles to ensure records remain current, accurate, appropriately owned, and reviewed within established timelines — leading large-scale quarterly updates and identifying outdated, duplicative, or underutilized content for remediation.
- Help maintain procedures and user guides covering content management processes, including intake and approval of new or updated content, incorporation of critical communications, and review cycle procedures.
- Collaborate with the Lead Content Manager and Lead Content Writer on process reviews and content initiatives, helping identify opportunities to improve content quality, efficiency, and the broader content management process.
Training & Continuous Improvement
- Support RFP content users through training on functionality, usage, and best practices, delivered on both a recurring and ad hoc basis.
- Identify and apply opportunities to use AI and other available technology in day-to-day content management work to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Partner with content team members, RFP stakeholders, and technology teams to support broader content-management improvements, including initiatives involving AI, automation, taxonomy, metadata, tagging, templates, and workflow enhancements.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role within Asset Management
Preferred:
- Experience working with content management and workflow systems and repositories, especially Responsive.
- Demonstrates an interest in the application of technology in business processes, including AI and other software to enhance workflow.
