Risk Management Senior Manager

HIRING POSITION : Risk Management Senior Manager WORKING CONDITION: HYBRID WORKING (3 DAYS AT OFFICE AND 2 DAYS FROM ANYWHERE ) LOCATION: BANGKOK __________________________________________________________ Our client looking for a highly skilled Risk Analytics Manager/Lead to drive the development and management of risk strategies and frameworks for a Digital Financial Services Provider. This role is critical in aligning risk management practices with the company's objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements while utilizing data-driven insights to optimize portfolio performance, mitigate risks, and support sustainable growth. Responsibilities : Develop and implement robust portfolio risk monitoring frameworks, KPIs, and reporting standards specific to financial lending products. Monitor credit risk metrics across the lending portfolio, proactively identifying potential risks and designing effective mitigation strategies. Conduct in-depth data analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving portfolio quality. Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of credit risk models, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Collections, Product, and Data Science to create and refine cohesive risk management strategies and initiatives. Collect, interpret, and analyze risk data to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements. Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in credit risk management within financial lending, focusing on personal loans, SME loans, or other related lending products. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with expertise in statistical analysis, credit risk modeling, and portfolio management. Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel are required. In addition, mastery in other database management software will be highly appreciated. Strong analytical skills as proven from previous projects. Proven ability to adapt and innovate in response to rapidly changing business environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A results-driven mindset, thriving in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. Fluency in English is a must
