Role Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented RMG Operations Analyst to support resource allocation, utilization tracking, workforce planning, and staffing operations. The role requires strong coordination, reporting, and data management skills to ensure optimal resource utilization across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support resource allocation and staffing activities.
- Maintain resource availability, utilization, and capacity data.
- Track project demands and resource deployment.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and workforce dashboards.
- Coordinate with delivery teams, project managers, and recruitment teams.
- Ensure accuracy of resource management data and reports.
- Identify allocation conflicts and support resource optimization initiatives.
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in Resource Management, PMO Operations, or Workforce Management.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Good analytical and data management capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
