CSM Baltijais looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement. JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS Overall command of the vessel, ensuring safe navigation and operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. Plan and execute voyages efficiently. Supervise cargo operations (loading, stowage, securing, discharge). Lead crew, enforce safety procedures, and conduct drills. Handle emergencies and maintain all documentation & reporting. Holder of a valid COC (STWC Reg II/2) with verification. Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. Experience with a multi-cultural working environment. Good communication and leadership skills. Fluent in the written and spoken English language. Safety culture and mindset. VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Minimum experience requirements: 9 months in rank on the same type/size of the vessel. Experience with RORO cargo Operations . Experience in trading area US and Australia is recommended.
