Role: Associate Project Manager

Experience: 5 to 8 years Education: Graduate - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication; PG - M.Sc. – Computers, M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA – Computers, OR MBA Graduate with relevant project/program management experience Location: Pune About the role: You will own project delivery operations across one or more concurrent projects — managing plans, budgets, risks, and people to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Project planning & tracking -Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones - Track progress against baselines and produce accurate, timely status reports - Identify schedule slippages early and work with teams to course-correct Budget & financial management -Monitor project budgets and resource utilisation on an ongoing basis. -Report variations in allocations and project budgets variance analysis and flag dedeviations with supporting data -Support forecasting and assist in financial reporting to leadership Risk & issue management - Maintain comprehensive risk and issue registers - Support removing blockers and drive resolution - Escalate critical risks with clear context and recommended actions People & team coordination -Manage day-to-day coordination across cross-functional project teams - Track individual and team deliverables; hold teams accountable to timelines - Support capacity planning and resource allocation across workstreams Client & stakeholder communication - Respond to client queries and emails in a timely and professional manner - Schedule and coordinate client-facing meetings, reviews, and check-ins - Prepare and circulate routine project reports and updates to relevant stakeholders - Maintain clear and organised communication trails across all project touchpoints Governance & process -Ensure adherence to SPAR frameworks, templates, and reporting standards Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle - Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes Required: - 5–8 years of experience in project management OR MBA graduates with a minimum of 3+years of relevant experience. - Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams - Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data, numbers, and financial reports - Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or similar) and Excel - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities - Proactive problem-solver with a strong learning mindset - Willingness to overlap with US EST hours - Be able to join immediately Company Profile: SPAR Solutions (based out of Atlanta, USA and Pune, India) is an employee-friendly place full of confident, result-oriented people with high energy levels and uncompromising work ethics.
