Role Description The Romania Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity focused on developing and managing Lingua Learn’s presence in Romania. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential institutional and corporate partners, promoting Lingua Learn’s online language and assessment services, and coordinating local marketing and outreach initiatives. The partner will oversee student acquisition and retention, ensure high-quality learner support, and liaise with Lingua Learn’s global team to align local operations with brand standards and academic frameworks. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, providing regular reports on franchise growth, and contributing insights to optimize programs and services for the Romanian market.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for outreach, partnership development, and clear documentation.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities and track performance data.
- Candidates should possess Training experience or familiarity with educational programs to support learner onboarding and partner education.
- Experience in language education, EdTech, or franchise/business development is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Professional proficiency in English and Romanian; additional languages are an advantage.
- Background in business, education, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
