Join our team as an ROV Technical Support Lead Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ROV Technical Support Lead to join our high-performing team ROV team on a permanent basis. Primarily you will be working on: Providing onshore & remote technical support to ROV operations & offshore personnel. Support project execution, including vessel mobilisations, yard activities, and audits. Assist with troubleshooting, system configuration, and technical problem resolution related to ROV's. Liaise with offshore teams to ensure operational continuity and minimise downtime. Engage with sub-contractors, suppliers & internal department to support operations. Continuous improvement initiatives & operational efficiency. In this role, you will be the bridge between our ROV operational onshore & offshore team. This role will involve supporting project delivery through your technical expertise from equipment selection through to mobilisation planning to maintain our reputation for excellence and HSEQ integrity. If you are a team player who would like to work closely with people from different parts of the world, this role could be for you. Trade or Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Electrical fields. IMCA qualification as ROV Supervisor or equivalent. Proven experience working with ROV Systems, electronics & interfacing. Team leadership experience. Extensive experience in testing, troubleshooting, and technical diagnostics. Highly confident, self-motivated, self-disciplined person with sound management and organisational skills. Must be able to perform and achieve at a high level with minimal supervision. A strong understanding and commitment to HSEQ.
