RPA Developer

This is a remote position.

• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities and understand business requirements.
  
• Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  
• Analyze, document, and optimize existing business processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
  
• Develop and implement RPA bots or virtual workers to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, data validation, and other manual processes.
  
• Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy and monitor RPA bots in production environments.
  
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing RPA solutions.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in RPA development.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RPA solutions.
  
• Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows related to RPA development.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, developing and implementing RPA solutions.
  
• Strong proficiency in one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  
• Solid programming skills in languages like C#, Java, or Python.
  
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts for data manipulation and integration.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify automation opportunities and troubleshoot issues.
  
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into efficient and scalable RPA solutions.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within defined timelines.
  
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
• Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and self-improvement in the field of RPA and automation.
