Job description: Job Role & Description RPA Developer Department: Digital Transformation / IT / Operational Excellence Location: Remote Role Purpose: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots to automate high-volume, rule-based banking processes, enhancing operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Category Requirements Education Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Experience 24 years in RPA development (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism). Experience in banking or finance preferred Technical Skills - RPA Certification (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism) - Basic knowledge of .NET, Python, or Java - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, API integration - Familiarity with banking systems (e.g., Finacle, Temenos ) Soft Skills Problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, adaptability Language Fluency in English and Urdu Added Advantage Experience with OCR, NLP, Power Automate, SBP compliance Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote
