RTM Customer Support Specialist - 1099 Contractor Opportunity We are Physitrack. Our platform is used by clinicians in more than 100 countries to prescribe exercise, monitor patients between visits and evidence what treatment achieved. We are listed on Nasdaq First North. In June 2026 we launched remote therapeutic monitoring in the US. The technology works and we're pleased to support a considerable and ever growing number of RTM customers. This demand creates new challenges. Clinicians tell us RTM adds admin they do not have time for, and that they are not confident they understand what they can bill for. Until someone who speaks their language sits down with them and answers those questions properly, that will not change. That is this role. What you would do Work with clinics already on our platform using RTM, from accepting the policy through to a first patient enrolled and a first episode reaching CPT eligibility. Answer the questions clinicians actually ask, what counts as remote review time, when a code becomes billable, how copay works outside Medicare. Build the material our sales and customer success teams use, and teach them to use it. Join calls with prospective customers where clinical credibility is what moves the conversation. What you would not do You would not perform clinical monitoring on behalf of any practice, and you would not have access to patient clinical data. CMS has proposed tightening who may furnish RTM monitoring from January 2027, and this role is deliberately built on the education and enablement side of that line. About you You must have experience of RTM / CMS codes A licensed PT, ideally with outpatient private practice experience. You are comfortable on the phone with practice owners who are busy and sceptical. You do not need to have sold anything before, but you should enjoy changing someone's mind. Practicalities Around 1-10 hours a week, US hours. $65 to $90 per hour depending on experience. How to apply Tell us about a time you got a clinician to adopt something they were resistant to.
