Role Description This is a full-time Sales Agent role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Markaz Sohag with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Agent will identify prospective customers, present MetLife Egypt’s insurance and financial solutions, and guide clients in selecting plans that align with their needs and long-term goals. Daily activities include meeting with clients in person and virtually, explaining product features and benefits, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, providing ongoing service and support, and collaborating with colleagues to meet individual and team sales targets. The Sales Agent may participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and support clients before and after the sale.
• Sales skills with a focus on prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding defined sales targets.
• Knowledge of Insurance products and willingness to learn MetLife Egypt’s life, accident, health, retirement, and wealth management solutions.
• Experience in Training or a demonstrated ability to absorb new information quickly and apply it in client consultations.
• Relevant experience in financial services, banking, or insurance is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities both on-site in Markaz Sohag and from home.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• High level of integrity and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical sales practices.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
