vGrubs is expanding its remote team and we’re currently hiring for two positions:

1. Sales Agent

2. Menu Consultant

We’re looking for motivated, professional, and reliable individuals who are comfortable working with US-based clients and want to build a long-term career with a growing company.

💼 Job Type: Full-Time Remote

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday — 5 Days a Week

⏰ Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

🇵🇰 Pakistan Time: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT

💰 Starting Salary: PKR 50,000/month for both positions

🎯 Plus: Performance Bonuses, Incentives & Growth Opportunities

Sales Agent Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential US-based restaurant clients

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects

• Generate, qualify, and manage sales opportunities

• Understand client needs and present relevant solutions

• Work toward individual and team sales targets

• Maintain professional and consistent follow-ups

Menu Consultant Responsibilities:

• Work with restaurant owners and their teams on menu requirements

• Review and organize menu items, categories, prices, modifiers, and descriptions

• Identify missing or incorrect menu information

• Assist restaurants with menu onboarding and updates

• Communicate with US-based clients through calls and messages

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure menu accuracy and smooth onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong spoken and written English

• Confident communication skills

• Professional attitude

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Reliable internet connection and working setup

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Previous BPO, customer support, sales, restaurant, or US campaign experience is a plus
