Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for driving property sales and promoting the agency’s services across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing leads, managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, and guiding prospective clients through the sales process. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, updating listings and promotional materials, and analyzing market trends to support business growth. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams, provide product and service information, and contribute to training efforts that support sales effectiveness. Regular reporting on sales performance and marketing results, along with continuous improvement of outreach strategies, is expected.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries, build trust, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Background in Training or coaching to support sales teams or onboard new team members.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
