The role

We're looking for someone to take BizPilot to restaurant and retail owners and turn conversations into customers. You will:

• Present BizPilot to owners and managers of restaurants, cafés, bars, takeaways and retail stores
• Find and qualify leads using AI tools, online research and your own network
• Follow up on leads consistently and keep your pipeline up to date
• Run product demos in person and online, tailored to how each business works
• Close sales and help new customers get started
• Support marketing: social posts, short product videos and outreach ideas
• Share what you hear from customers so we can improve the product

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience; hospitality, POS or SaaS sales is a strong plus
• Confidence presenting to business owners and handling objections honestly
• Comfortable with CRM tools and AI tools for research and outreach
• Strong spoken and written English
• Self-driven and organised, happy working independently in the field
• An understanding of how restaurants run (service, cash-up, stock) is a bonus
• Matric required; a relevant qualification is an advantage
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
