Job Title: Sales and Service Engineer

Salary: Up to RM 8,000/month

Join a global industrial technology company specializing in machinery, automation, and wire processing solutions.

The company is seeking a hands-on Sales and Service Engineer to manage customers in the assigned territory. This role combines field service, technical support, customer management, and sales, requiring strong technical skills, commercial drive, and independence.

• Install, commission, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery at customer sites.

• Provide technical consulting and customer training.

• Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities.

• Achieve sales targets for new machines, spare parts, and service contracts.

• Monitor customer/competitor activities and provide market feedback to HQ.

• Prepare quotations and technical documents; lead customer communication when required.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and accurate CRM data.

• Provide technical/helpdesk support and follow company policies.

• Travel regularly within the assigned territory.

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Sales/Business qualification is a plus.

• 5+ years in a multinational industrial environment; wire processing/wire harness machinery experience preferred.

• Hands-on experience in machinery installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting.

• Good understanding of machinery, automation, and industrial software.

• Industrial sales experience is highly preferred.

• Fluent/advanced English and Chinese.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently.

• Willing to travel for work.

• Salary up to RM 8,000/month, paid through a local EOR agency.
