Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Istanbul (Ataşehir) office for our U.S.-based ship supply company operating in the maritime sector. This position offers a hybrid working model.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical abilities

• Conduct price research with local U.S. suppliers based on customer requests
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products,
• Prepare and communicate quotations to customers and follow up to convert them into orders
• Enter customer orders into the system and coordinate with U.S. offices
• Prepare monthly Key Account reports and sales performance analyses
