Our reputation is built on execution, relationships, and results. If you’re a true closer who knows Hard Money inside out — this role is for you. Who You Are You are not “learning” Hard Money. You’ve closed deals , handled tough borrowers, structured creative solutions, and know how to move files from lead → approval → funding without babysitting. You thrive on: Fast timelines Complex deals High commissions Clear accountability What You’ll Do Close Hard Money loans from start to finish — no hand-holding Work directly with brokers, investors, and repeat clients Structure deals creatively to get them funded Drive volume through follow-ups, urgency, and relationship management Collaborate closely with processing and underwriting to push files to the finish line Build a strong personal pipeline while growing LBC’s production Maintain clean, professional communication and CRM records What You Must Have Proven experience closing Hard Money loans (this is mandatory) Strong understanding of LTV, ARV, rehab budgets, and investor strategies Confidence handling objections and tight timelines Ability to manage multiple deals at once without losing momentum Professional, polished communication with brokers and clients What We Offer Aggressive commission structure (for real closers only) Strong underwriting & processing support Fast decisions, direct access to leadership Remote position — work from anywhere A high-performance culture that rewards results, not excuses This Role Is NOT For You If: You’ve never closed a Hard Money deal You need heavy training or micromanagement You’re uncomfortable with pressure, pace, or accountability Ready to Close?
