Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Setiabudi, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Responsibilities include market analysis, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development strategies, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in proposal writing, and presentation creation
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in developing successful partnerships and driving revenue growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or related field is an advantage
