Overview We are seeking a Sales & Client Support Specialist to support clients with researching vacation options. This role combines customer support with consultative guidance, helping individuals and families select travel options that best fit their preferences, timelines, and budgets. In this position, you will communicate directly with clients, provide destination insights, coordinate reservations, and ensure a smooth booking experience from initial inquiry through confirmation and follow-up. Strong communication and organization skills are essential. This is a remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. Training, tools, and mentorship are provided to support success in the role.
