Role Description The Sales Closer – Rental Services is a full-time remote role responsible for converting qualified leads into closed rental agreements for clients in the real estate and hospitality space. Day-to-day activities include engaging with prospective renters via phone, email, and messaging platforms, presenting property and service details clearly, and handling objections to move prospects through the sales funnel. The role involves coordinating with internal marketing and account teams to understand campaigns, lead quality, and client requirements, ensuring that each opportunity is maximized. The Sales Closer will manage follow-ups, negotiate terms within defined guidelines, oversee the deal closure process, and collaborate with partners such as property managers or escrow services when needed. Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking performance metrics, and consistently meeting or exceeding closing targets are key responsibilities.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide clear, accurate information.
• Proven experience in Closings and Deal Closure, with the ability to negotiate, handle objections, and finalize rental agreements efficiently.
• Familiarity with Escrow processes or related transactional procedures in real estate or rental services.
• Previous experience in sales roles within real estate, property management, hospitality, or related service industries.
• Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, self-motivation, and accountability for meeting targets.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic office software.
• Ability to interpret lead data and marketing information to tailor conversations and improve closing rates.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering a positive experience for clients and partners.
