🚨 We're Hiring | Sales Consultant – Education & Migration (Remote, Kathmandu 🇳🇵)

Learniiz started as an AI-powered PTE & IELTS prep platform. Today we support the full journey — test preparation, overseas education counselling, and Australian migration services through our registered migration agents.

Now we need a confident, target-driven closer to be the voice of Learniiz across all three.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

📞 Handle inbound enquiries on PTE coaching, studying abroad & Australian migration

📲 Make outbound follow-up calls to leads from our website, socials & partner channels

🧭 Identify each client's real goal — a test score, an education pathway or a visa pathway — and recommend the right service

🗓️ Qualify migration enquiries and book consultations with our registered migration agent (all regulated advice stays with the agent)

🤝 Guide clients through enrolment and payment, and keep our CRM up to date

🎯 Hit daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets

🗓️ Handle social media platforms

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Excellent spoken English and Nepali, with a warm, confident phone presence

✔️ Proven sales or conversion experience (education or migration sales a big plus)

✔️ Understanding of the study-abroad journey — tests → admissions → visas — or the drive to learn it fast

✔️ Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline

✔️ Comfortable with CRM tools and Google Workspace

✔️ Able to overlap with Australian business hours (AEST)

✔️ Your own laptop/computer, headset, quiet workspace and reliable internet — this is a BYO-equipment role (we don't provide devices or connection)

WHAT YOU GET

💻 Fully remote

💰 NPR 25,000–40,000/month base (depending on experience) + uncapped commission on PTE enrolment, education placement and migration consultation
