Sales Consultant

The Hunt is excited to partner with Unite Health to find an experienced Sales Consultant.

Established in 2012, Unite Health is the exclusive provider of APPI Pilates teacher training across Australia and NZ.

We're looking for someone who loves a good conversation, builds rapport effortlessly and gets a real buzz from turning an enquiry into an enrolment.

You'll be connecting with aspiring Pilates instructors, allied health professionals and wellness business owners, understanding their goals and helping them find the right training pathway.

With an established pipeline of inbound enquiries, you'll have plenty of opportunities to connect, convert and make an impact. We're also looking for someone who brings initiative, fresh ideas and the confidence to explore new sales opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

• Connect with prospective students through phone consultations, email and digital channels

• Convert inbound enquiries into course enrolments through genuine, engaging conversations

• Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and strong conversion

• Work closely with the Sales Manager towards shared sales and enrolment targets

• Identify opportunities for outbound sales, referrals and new business

• Build relationships with Pilates instructors, allied health professionals and wellness business owners

• Manage leads and maintain accurate records through HubSpot CRM

• Bring fresh ideas and explore ways technology and AI can improve sales processes and student engagement.

About You:

You're someone who genuinely loves sales, but your approach is always warm, confident and consultative.

You're bubbly, engaging and naturally curious about people. You enjoy building relationships, understand what motivates customers and know how to turn a great conversation into a sale.

You're commercially motivated, but never pushy. You bring positive energy, take initiative and enjoy being part of a close-knit team.

You'll ideally bring:

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of converting opportunities and achieving results

• Confidence building rapport and selling over the phone

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers

• A proactive approach to sales, follow-up and identifying new opportunities

• Experience in wellness, fitness, memberships, education or consultative sales would be highly regarded

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and written communication

• Confidence using CRM systems, ideally HubSpot

• An interest in technology, AI and smarter ways of working

• A genuine interest in Pilates, health, wellness or education

This is a full-time, 12-month maternity leave contract, with the possibility of extension.

Working hours: Monday, 11:00 am–7:00 pm, and Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm.
