Sales Coordinator

About this Position

Based in Vietnam, Dong Nai, our Sales Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. In this role, you will manage customer and material master data, prepare quotations and sales contracts, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics. You will also maintain sales data and generate reports that support business planning and decision-making.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative setting. Candidates with around two years of experience working with Henkel processes, strong coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese will be well positioned to succeed.

What you´ll do

• Maintain and update Customer & Material Master Data
• Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and provide administrative support for sales activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and other departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth order execution
• Manage sales data and prepare reports to support business analysis and decision-making.
