Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting to build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Initiate conversations with decision-makers to generate immediate buying interest.
• Qualify potential opportunities through effective discovery and commercial insight.
• Address objections and communicate value propositions convincingly.
• Convert outreach efforts into high-quality sales meetings consistently.
• Follow up with prospects with urgency, persistence, and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure high visibility of the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies and conversion rates.

Preferred Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency with CRM software like Hubspot, GoHighLevel, Apollo.ai, Salesforce or Pipedrive
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with sales prospecting tools
• Ability to perform market research
• Understanding of sales methodologies

Qualifications:

• +1 Years sales experience is a must.
• Proven track record of successful prospecting.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
