Sales Development Representative

About us

ABA Growth Partner is a marketing agency that works only with ABA therapy clinics in the United States. We run Meta and Google ads, landing pages and SEO for clinics that help children with autism. One of our clients grew from 2 clinics to 15 across two states, and we're building our first sales team. You'll be the first SDR and lead two research interns.

The role

You'll turn researched leads into booked discovery calls with US clinic owners. You own the outreach from first email to booked meeting, and our founder runs the calls and closes.

What you'll do

• Run cold email sequences and LinkedIn outreach to US ABA clinic owners
• Reach about 80 new prospects a day
• Reply to every response within 1 hour during US business hours
• Book qualified meetings, then send confirmations and reminders
• Keep the CRM accurate: every lead has a stage, a next step and a date
• Manage two lead research interns day to day: assign cities and check their work

What we're looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in cold email or appointment setting for US clients
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience with a cold email tool and a CRM
• Able to work about 6 PM to 2 AM Pakistan time to overlap with US business hours
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable owning numbers

What you'll get

• Base salary of PKR 60,000 to 75,000 a month
• Commission of PKR 3,000 for every qualified discovery call that takes place
• Commission of 10% of each new client's first monthly fee

• Room to grow into a team lead as the sales team expands
