The role involves identifying potential customers, engaging with prospects, understanding their business requirements, qualifying leads, and generating high-quality sales opportunities for the sales team. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, conducting initial discovery conversations, and scheduling product demos with qualified prospects.
The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with international prospects, understand the business and cultural nuances of LATAM and Brazil, and be comfortable using multiple channels to initiate conversations and build meaningful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage inbound and outbound sales development activities across LATAM and Brazil.
- Identify, research, and engage potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through the company website, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and other sources.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Understand prospects' business requirements, challenges, existing workflows, and potential use cases.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, product fit, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase intent.
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and assess their suitability for the product.
- Explain the company's product value proposition and demonstrate how it can address prospects' business challenges at an introductory level.
- Schedule product demos and meetings between qualified prospects and the Account Executive or Sales team.
- Ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities to the sales team with complete and accurate prospect information.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain engagement and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Nurture prospects who are not immediately ready to purchase and identify opportunities for future engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead information, call records, follow-up activities, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Track daily and weekly sales activities, including calls, emails, outreach attempts, qualified leads, positive responses, and demos booked.
- Meet assigned targets for lead generation, prospect qualification, meetings scheduled, and other sales development KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collect feedback from prospects regarding product requirements, objections, competitor solutions, and market trends.
- Identify common sales objections and develop effective approaches to handle them.
- Communicate effectively with prospects in Spanish and Portuguese, while using English for internal communication and documentation.
- Adapt outreach strategies and communication styles to suit different countries, industries, and customer expectations across LATAM and Brazil.
Requirements-
2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or a similar sales-facing role.
- Prior experience working with customers or prospects in LATAM and Brazil is mandatory.
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales prospecting and lead qualification.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable conducting discovery calls, handling objections, and pitching products to potential customers.
- Experience booking demos and generating qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives or sales teams.
- Ability to research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and build prospect lists.
- Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Comfortable working with international prospects across different time zones.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of sales pipelines, lead qualification, and the B2B sales process is preferred.
Preferred Experience-
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Experience selling CRM, WhatsApp, communication, sales, or productivity tools.
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound leads across multiple LATAM countries.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks such as BANT or similar approaches.
- Experience with cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and multichannel sales engagement.
- Familiarity with sales metrics such as lead-to-demo conversion, response rates, qualified opportunities, and pipeline contribution.
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed sales teams.
- Understanding of the business culture and buying behavior of customers in Latin American markets.
What we're looking for-

You should also be able to understand customer pain points, communicate product value effectively, and work toward measurable sales targets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys international B2B sales, understands the LATAM and Brazilian markets, and wants to grow their career in Sales Development within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
