We specialize in supporting SMBs in the IT Managed Services (MSSP) and Real Estate sectors, helping our clients scale smartly with skilled and reliable talent from the Philippines. As we grow, we're looking for driven and articulate Outbound SDRs to help us build our customer base. You'll be on the front linesresearching, prospecting, and connecting with decision-makers to generate interest in our offshore staffing solutions. What You'll Do: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients in the IT MSP/MSSP and real estate brokerage sectors (mostly in the U.S.) Make cold calls, send outbound emails, and connect via LinkedIn to build relationships and generate discovery meetings Clearly communicate the value of Ocean Tides virtual staffing solutions and how we help SMBs scale effectively Stay sharp on industry trends and client pain points to tailor outreach messaging Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline, track engagement, and report on outreach metrics Work closely with our U.S.-based leadership team to refine our outbound strategy and messaging What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment settingideally for B2B services or staffing Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written) Proactive and resourceful: You know how to dig deep, personalize outreach, and hustle Comfortable working U.S. hours (EST or PST, depending on assigned territory) * Bonus points if youve sold into IT decision-makers (MSPs/MSSPs) or real estate brokerages before What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives 100% remote setup and flexible work environment Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding business Supportive and people-first culture with global exposure Ready to join a rising tide?
