Show job description
As the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, Agiloft helps organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). With contract data as the foundation, customers quickly and collaboratively reach agreement and leverage contract visibility to thrive with competitive advantage. Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft’s certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.

Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.

We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that “EX = CX”: when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.

Position Overview

Agiloft is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to build the programs that keep our go-to-market teams ramped, current, and ready drive growth to win. You'll own enablement programs from discovery to delivery, and ongoing skills development for product launches, certifications, and sales excellence that empower reps to achieve their targets.

You'll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to turn business priorities into measurable programs. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role for someone who builds programs, runs them, and proves their business impact with data.

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Own programs end to end. Own enablement programs end to end, from scoping and needs analysis through build, rollout, measurement, and iteration.
  • Translate strategy into programs. Partner with GTM leaders to turn business priorities into clear program goals, owners, and timelines, and communicate trade-offs and progress to leadership.
  • Facilitate and coach. Lead live trainings and workshops for audiences from new hires to senior leaders, and help front-line managers reinforce new behaviors in the field.
  • Drive ongoing development. Deliver skills training (discovery, qualification, deal strategy), product launches, competitive updates, and certifications using repeatable frameworks new content can drop into.
  • Create content that sticks. Build playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, decks, role plays, and async modules with Product, Marketing, and subject matter experts.
  • Scale with technology and AI. Lead adoption of enablement tools and apply AI to streamline content creation, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate on role-based onboarding. Work with Define "fully ramped" criteria by role and deliver learning paths that get new hires customer-ready quickly.
  • Measure impact. Track ramp time, certification completion, content usage, and field KPIs using Salesforce and LMS data; report results and iterate.
  • Collaborate & Utilize the GTM knowledge base. Keep messaging, collateral, and product content accurate, organized, and easy to find with the enablement team.

Required Qualifications

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in sales or revenue enablement, learning and development, or a closely related role, including 3+ years managing programs end to end in B2B SaaS.
  • A track record of building and running programs, not just contributing to them, with measurable business results.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills: you can distill a complex topic and make it land with any audience.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, building a coaching culture to enable reps to achieve growth goals.
  • Hands-on use of AI tools to automate processes and improve enablement content and delivery.
  • A data-driven approach, with experience building Salesforce and LMS reports that connect programs to field outcomes.
  • A focus on adoption, not just delivery, using early wins and peer examples to bring the rest of the team along.
  • Strong organization and follow-through across multiple concurrent programs; comfortable creating structure in ambiguity.
  • Team player that is collaborative, a change agent, positive culture builder, and bridge builder across organizations and teams.
