RKF, an Auria company, is looking to hire a Sr Spectrum Program Manager. This role is HYBRID based out of Northern Virginia such as Reston VA, Northern VA, Fort Meade MD.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
Program Manager for all Auria DISA Programs; Technical Lead and Engineer for two DISA Mobile Service Provider (MSP) programs (prime and sub) responsible for cost, schedule and performance associated with Spectrum engineering and analysis to enable secure and reliable operation of DoW systems on federal/military installations; Provides oversight and management of 3 technical leads, approximately 15 employees and cost, schedule, and performance for three similar spectrum engineering subcontracts (EMBM-J, EMS E3, VT-ARC); Provides subject matter expertise and capture support for spectrum-related new growth opportunities; prepares and submits administrative, financial, and technical reports directly to the SDS Business Unit Executive Vice President
WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- Must have 15 years+ RF Engineering experience
- Must have direct MSP access and experience performing/meeting classified and unclassified MSP deliverables
- Must have experience and is able supporting DISA Programs
- Must have existing relationships with and understanding of DISA and DISA prime contractors
- Demonstrated industry experience in DoW spectrum management and engineering
- Must have an active Secret clearance and eligible for a TS clearance
- Must be located in Northern VA

- Master's in electrical engineering preferred
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The salary offered will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications - skills, education & experience - and the position level. $175,000 - $185,000
